Meet Jude Williams
While it’s hard to believe a woman from the
land locked Midwest and now living in the desert could understand shells and oceans and other related things
– that’s exactly what it takes to make a good consultant. People that have lived along the same beach every day for 20
years see the same things they have always seen. Some one from a different place can provide a new
perspective, ask the right questions and develop a fresh approach to meeting the
changing needs of our ever changing times.
Jude Williams has built her career by helping
small, medium and large sized businesses define, implement and grow Human
Resources within their organizations in both the public and private sectors.
She has broken down barriers by bringing employees, managers, executives
and governing boards/stakeholders together; resulting in costs savings, higher
efficiency and improved relations. Ms.
Williams has a BS in Business Education along with Master’s level coursework
in Training and Development from the University of Illinois.
She received the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
designation from the Society of Human Resource Management in 2002 and has
assisted over 35 HR professionals in achieving their PHR/SPHR certifications.
She lives in Arizona with her husband, son and
4 semi-feral cats, adopted cats. Jude has
a fascination with water and in the last year and a half has visited the
Pacific, Atlantic, Caribbean Oceans and the Gulf of Mexico, with plans for
visiting again soon. In her spare time she reads, writes, belly dances and
enjoys spending time in nature.
